How do I go about ordering from McAllen Sports Store and what happens afterward?
- Ordering
McAllen Sports makes on-line shopping easy. When you find something you’d like to have, just click on “add to cart” and the item will be added to your shopping cart.
- In Stock?
If any selected merchandise is temporarily out of stock, your credit card will not be charged until the merchandise is shipped to you (except for items shipped directly from the manufacturer). Any item(s) not in stock when you placed your order will be shipped when received from the manufacturer at no additional charge. Sorry no C.O.D.’s.
- Checking Out
When you’re ready to check out the first thing you’ll want to do is review all the items in your cart. To review your selections just click on the shopping cart button on the top of the page. This will bring up a summary of all the items you’ve selected. You’ll always have the option to change a quantity or delete an item from your cart before your order is processed. To remove an item just click on the “remove” box and then on the “update” button. To change how many of an item you’d like to purchase just type the desired amount in the quantity box and click on the “update” button. Your items will be recalculated and your new subtotal listed below the item summary.
- On-Line Confirmation
Once you’ve completed and submitted your order, and we have received and processed your order, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. This letter is to confirm we have received your order and it is being processed.
- Packing Slip
The packing slip that you receive with your shipment contains a list of the items you ordered, billing total and return information. If any items ordered are on backorder or pre-order, this will be reflected on the packing slip. Our contact information is also included should you have any questions about your order.
- Status of your Order
If you have any questions or concerns about the status of your order, you can E-mail us info@mcallensports.com, or call (800) 829-3791 from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. CT, Monday through Friday and we will let you know exactly when to expect your order.
- Alternatives to Ordering On-Line
The McAllen Sports Store understands that ordering on-line isn’t everyone’s first choice. Though we guarantee our site and any information you send is safe, we offer other options. Phone in your order: Our knowledgeable staff is ready to assist you in placing your order. Fax: Select this option and you can print a screen copy and fax the order at the fax number which appears on the form. Snail-Mail: Select this option and you can print a screen copy and mail the order to the address indicated.
